Usually we can access its database directly. If not we can manipulate exported reports
to give a degree of integration.
How scalable are solutions written in Excel, Access and Word VBA?
Once you have a certain number of users they are not appropriate solutions. This
depends on the number of people needing need access at the same time rather than
how many people are in the company.
Do you develop for MS Office on Macs?
No, but we are looking at it for the future.
How do you support your clients?
We use GotoExpress provided by Citrix to login remotely to clients' machines.
Will your consultants work onsite if requested?
