Multi-user
A system built on Excel will encounter restrictions and problems if you have more than one user at a time. For Access it is when you have more than
ten. But if you don't see more people than that using it, its a very cost effective solution compared to building a system you
might need to be handle more.
Even our larger clients have operations that only a few people will use at the same time.
Scalability
When you expand you may find this system will not keep pace with you - if you know that's happening now, maybe you should look at a solution in
