If you currently manually record your times working for clients, either on Excel or paper you will save a lot of your own time with ChronoInvoice. With this time keeping system you will be able to easily record times and expenses and generate invoices and reports for customers.

The ChronoInvoice is designed to do one thing well – keeping its screens simple and easy to use.

Easily Record your staffs’ times

Select the customer, the service and subcategory and the optional a description, press ‘Start Clock’ and the system starts recording the time for you. When you have finished you press ‘Stop Clock. It’s that simple. Times can be adjusted by an administrator in case someone forgets to log in or out.

Quickly produce invoices

Not only will the system allow you to quickly create invoices, it will allow you to mark times and customers you do not want to invoice (for example when a job has not been completed and you want to invoice it only when it has). To create the invoices at the end of the month simply click one button and it will do them all.

Offer your clients more in-depth reports

You can easily produce a breakdown of the times charged to a customer on their invoice.

Record additional costs

Track all the non-time extras you need to charge your customers. The are automatically added to your invoice.

Export to Sage

Invoices can be exported to file to be exported and imported into Sage with a couple of clicks.

Warn when you have not done work for a client

You can tell the system who you expect to invoice every month. If during the invoice process it doesn’t produce any for that client (because there were no times logged) you will get a warning.

Price

A one-off charge of £499 for the first machine. For subsequent machines it is £199 per machine. In the first year you get support and upgrades as part of the purchase price. After that you can continue (or not) to have the upgrade and maintenance pack at a yearly £199 for the first machine and £99 for the subsequent ones.
